Your spa is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, provided it was purchased from us or an authorised dealer.

Warranty Coverage

• 10 Years – Shell Structure
  Covers water loss caused by defects in the spa shell.

• From 5 Years – Shell Surface
  Covers blistering, cracking, or delamination of the interior shell surface.

• From 2 Years – Equipment & Controls
  Covers pumps, heater, and control system against manufacturing defects.

• From 2 Years – Plumbing Components
  Covers plumbing leaks caused by defects.

• From 2 Years – Cabinet
  Covers defects in the synthetic cabinet materials or workmanship.

Additional Component Coverage

​

• 30 Days: Fuses, headrests, cabinet finish, and filters.

• 1 Year: Stereo-related components including speakers, receiver, subwoofer, remote control, and media locker.

• 2 Years: Other factory-installed components such as jets, diverter valves, LED lighting, filter shield, mechanical parts, and wood frame.

Genuine Jacuzzi® Parts & Accessories

Warranty coverage may be void if non-genuine Jacuzzi® parts or accessories are used or installed. This includes items such as filters, UV-C bulbs, ozone systems, repair parts, and accessories.

Note: A warranty year equals 12 calendar months from the original delivery date.
