“BRONZE” SERVICE
Service to include:
1. Visual Check of your Product
2. Category Operational Check:
a. Electrical
i. Check Heater
ii. Check Control Panel
iii. Visual Check of Lights
b. Plumbing
i. Check Pipework and Hoses
ii. Check Pump
iii. Visual Check on Seals
c. Other components
i. Visual check on cover, cover lifter, cover clips
3. Replace CLEARRAY® Bulb
4. Reset dash
SERVICE TERMS
All services are based on a service area of 30 miles max from the showroom in Pensarn (SA31 2BS). Any additional mileage will be calculated on an hourly rate.
Any additional items required or found during the service will be billed additionally.
Swim Spa services available. Please call for more details.
"SILVER" SERVICE
As per our Bronze plan plus the following additional items:
5. Pipework, Sanitisation and Flush
6. Drain and Clean - full drain down removing excess water with vacuum, shell and fixtures clean
7. Outer Product Clean (Cabinets/Cover/Cover lifter/ Steps)
8. Replace Filter(s)
9. Customer to refill
