Service to include:

• Reset of the dashboard on your Jacuzzi®️.

• A Clearray®️ bulb renewal if required

• Inspection of your Jacuzzi®️, check all systems functioning correctly and receive a report from our service engineer.

• Install new filter (if applicable), check for leaks in filter unit and check settings cycles for filtration

• Balance water PH and add sanitiser if required

• Check cabinet for damage

• Check operation / pressure of Jets and

• Check for leaks in jet backs

• Check pumps for noise / water pressure and check seals in pumps

• Check heater operation and seals on heater

• Check suctions operation and clean grates of suctions

• Check for damage / leaks in lights and check operation of lights

• Check for leaks / blockages in hose lines

• Check operation of other associated extras

• Clean / inspect cover and check cover lift operation and cover retaining clips

• Check operation of topside

• Check diverters / air controls

All services are based on a service area of 30 miles max from the showroom in Pensarn (SA31 2BS). Any additional mileage will be calculated on an hourly rate.

Any additional items required or found during the service will be billed additionally.

Swim Spa services available. Please call for more details. 

As per our Bronze plan plus the following additional items:

​

• Cleaning of headrests

• Full pipe clean and biofilm treatment.

• Full “Deep Clean” which includes removing all jets, surface clean inside and out, Rinse and refill, run, test and dashboard reset

• Full under cabinet checks and a report from our service engineer.

As per our Silver plan above, plus the following items:

• You will also receive another technician visit during the year to change the water, PH test and clean filters to ensure everything is running correctly.

• Additional inside clean before refill.
