Before We Arrive
Pick the Perfect Spot
Choose a flat, accessible location with enough space for your hot tub and clear access for our delivery team.
Prepare a Solid Foundation
Your hot tub needs a sturdy, level base. Concrete, paving slabs, or reinforced decking are all ideal options.
Set Up the Electrics
Arrange for a qualified electrician to install a suitable power supply before your delivery date.
The Jacuzzi® range requires a 32 Amp connection and must meet all safety regulations, including certification and the Sun & Soul range can either be a 13 Amp "plug and play" or hardwired into a 32 Amp connection, just like the Jacuzzi ® range.
On Delivery Day

Our experienced team will place your hot tub exactly where
you want it — no heavy lifting required on your part.*
Ready, Set, Relax
Once it's in place, we’ll fill it with water, heat it up, and run through all the final checks.
You’ll be soaking stress-free in no time.
Note:
*In some cases, a crane or Hiab may be needed if access to your chosen location is restricted.
This service comes with an additional cost and must be arranged separately through a third party.
